Our Solution for Builders & Developers: NZEB Solar Enhanced Heating & Hot Water System
- The unique patented NZEB system supplies Solar Enhanced Heat to reduce both the space and hot water heating load
- 70% savings in hot water heating and 40% savings in the space heating load can be achieved. All of these savings are achieved with zero fossil fuel input
- This technology was awarded the ‘Best Renewable Energy Product’ at the SEAI Energy Show in the RDS
- This NZEB Technologies system is probably the greenest technology available to the Developer to achieve an NZEB compliant house
- The NZEB Technologies Solar Enhanced Heating and Hot Water system is the lowest cost method available to the Developer to achieve both Part L (Energy) and Part F (Ventilation) compliance as required by the 2019 Irish Building Regulations
- The NZEB Technologies system is also the lowest carbon solution available to the Developer
- It also results in the lowest heating and hot water running costs for the homeowner when compared to other available systems such as gas fired boilers or heat pumps
- The built-in Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery system provides a highly efficient ventilation system throughout the house. With this system fresh warm air is delivered to all of the living rooms and bedrooms in the house. Higher humidity air is extracted from all of the Bathrooms, WCs, Kitchen and Utility rooms which ensures the house has excellent air quality and no tendency towards condensation or mould growth

Our Solution for Existing Houses: NZEB Solar Enhanced Space and Water Heating System
- Simple system to retro fit to existing housing
- Can substantially reduce space and water heating costs
- Reduction in CO2 emmissions
- When combined with low cost retro fitted insulation and upgraded boiler and controls can achieve a B1 house. SEAI grants are available for these various energy saving systems
- SEAI Solar Grant of €1200 is available to houses constructed before 2011
- Ventilation air is provided to bedrooms and main living rooms. This ventilation system keeps the house fresh and healthy and reduces the risk of condensation and mould growth
